Treated vs untreated timber

Options
Hello all.

I bought some untreated sawn timber and have made the frame work for dry wall upstairs. My g.f comes back home and tells my I should use untreated. The wall has suffered from condensation but I'm sorting gnat out with different measures. Please tell me that I don't have to take it down.??

Regards

Richard

If you sort out the cause of the condensation then it will not matter that the wood is untreated.
