I looked on http://www.saynoto0870.com/companysearch.php for a for a freephone number for Halifax credit cards and it gives a number for upgrades. Does anyone know to what sort of card or if you can upgrade a One card?

You can apply for a new Halifax card even if you already have one. (At one point I had three, a classic, a cashback and a One card!)0

Yes but you can't have more than one of one type. They no longer do Classic & Cashback - only do One card now
Halifax numbers are 08457 numbers anyhow0 -
As far as I understand you can't actually upgrade to a new One card at the moment, however they might be able to upgrade you to a slightly different type of card with a similar offer to the One card. And as previously mentioned, you can hold multiple HBOS cards at any one time, however you can only hold one One card at any one time.0
