hi i wrote to BOS about the PPI on my credit cards requesting my money back, i recieved a letter today saying the where looking into my complaint. How long should i wait for a response or shoud i write back to them any ideas???

Hi, they have up to 8 weeks for their full and final response. If they reply before this with a "no" in their final response you are free to take it to the FOS.

They will ask for more time, then send you the same automated fob off letter that everyone gets...i've two HBOS claims with FOS after weeks of blah blah blah from HBOS...:beer:
