Alanbluecat.....ok ... it just so happens the ones i mentioned we not suitable for you at this time, but alot of the good cashback sites ( i use quidco) as G.J as mentinoed you dont need to spend money to get cashback...doing daily kelkoo search, etc..
the things i am going to mention now are boarder-lining the referral board, but pm me if you would like a referral or any advice oor if you want more info on what i have mentioned..
I have just signed up to readbud. which you get paid x amount to read stuff, this new, and no one has got to the payout amount yet, so could be a bit of a gamble.
i have also joined up to hubpages, now this not a quick fix, and you need to sign up to google adsense, it does take a while to get round it, but i must admit i am injoying it.
Slice the pie was good, this is a site where you get paid to review music.
i have signed up to swagbucks, you can get Amazon.com codes, which i know isnt money, but you can save them up and get a chrimbo pressie or two,
I think its going to be hard to start off with, as you are not going to see any 'instant' money so to speak, but over a matter of time, if you stick at them, then you will see the pennies roll in....
Dont forget, there is no such thing as get rick quick, ( unless you rob a bank or win the lottery)...:rotfl:Work to live= not live to work0 -

Given that you've said they can buy these things in the supermarket for 80p, why would they pay you over 2 quid for them rather than just pick them up next time they're shopping ? Granted, not everyone has the use of a car to do big supermarket runs, but I'd be willing to bet a large majority of the neighbourhood do.
And those that don't will have worked out some means of getting their shopping home, whether it's a lift from a friend, online shopping, or a taxi once a month.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
Just do some basic maths...if 10% of households buy from you (probably a high figure as 50% of the doors you knock on won't be answered)
I have done surveys* door to door. Lucky to get 10 surveys completed in a day, and that was in a less affluent area where one would expect more unemployed / pensioners / mums with kids to be at home during the day.
Affluent areas probably even worse.
* and these were 'nice' surveys by a community group, not selling things.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

B*GGER!!!!
The people who try to get me to be a catalogue distributor tell me their are millions of pensioners, living in little villages, that can't walk to the shops.
At first I thought "How do they get food, they must go out and hunt rabbits"
But now I think you have it ....... they make other arrangements!0 -
Does anyone want to join my new kleeneze business?
There are millions of pensioners, who can't walk to the shops, just waiting to buy the products.
And if you can't sell anything it is the taxi drivers fault!0 -

Maybe you could rent a room instead of a house to reduce your rent and bills? Excluding London I think the average rent for a room in a shared house is around £50 - £60 a week with bills/internet included. Maybe you've already considered/done this, if so apologies.0
