eBay Loss Prevention

Hi just recieved an email from eBay Loss Prevention for an item i bought as a Buy it now over the weekend. Recieved confirmation email from the seller informing me that money recieved and will be sending item today.
do i just sit back and see if item is delivered before making paypal claim or make claim strait away??

You bought it at the weekend, a bank holiday weekend, no less, and you're thinking about claiming for non-receipt already?! :eek:
Or is there something in the email from 'loss prevention' that you haven't mentioned?My TV is broken!

No i appreciate that there will be delay in postage over the weekend - the point that you are missing is that ebay have pulled the item due to 'privacy concerns'. it may be something or nothing and the seller has contacted me since saying he has no idea why ebay has pulled the item and that it may be ebay being over the top.
