Comes With Music tracks do not include rights to burn to CD. If you wish to burn a track to CD you need to switch the store mode to Purchase Music and purchase the track

That quote came from you, the person who asked the question. Have you read it?

    http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/ovi-music-support/how-to/introduction-to-ovi-music/what-is-the-comes-with-music-service Provides:
Comes With Music downloads are DRM-protected Windows Media Audio (WMA) files. The songs can be played and transferred to a registered Comes With Music device an unlimited number of times.
To burn songs to a CD, or transfer them to an unregistered mobile device or other digital music device, you need to purchase (if available) the songs from the Music store.

Nobody likes DRM but you answered your own question two days ago.
