I have been with bt since nov 2007. Although i have had a lot of trouble with them ( i got watchdog involved at one time )i renewed my contract for 12 mths in nov 2008. I have changed to plusnet and recived a bill from bt for £86 which they state is because i was within contract although i was never asked, in 2009 to renew again. Any idea how to handle this. I have phoned and one fella put the phone down on me.I wasn't abusive but i was anrgy. The next said he would sort it but i have no faith in him. Can't seem to find BTs address.
