Just sent an item - stated P&P as £5 on ebay. Just got to post office, its cost me £3 to send (now packaging is a carrier bag in another bag!)
Should i refund the £2 or do a partial refund?
Thanks

I normally do partial refunds if I have made a mistake on my postage costs.0

Hi, I usually add around 50p to the postage costs for packaging and traipsing to my dreadful PO. I would message/email the buyer and tell them what has happened and do them a postage refund - otherwise you might get a bad star rating. HTH x0
