Can I Repair Crack in Sink ?

I dropped a screwdriver into the sink and it created a tiny crack in the porcelain.
It's a modern white sink and the crack is really small and as the sink is seldom used I don't want to replace it if possible. I don't have accidental coverage on my house insurance so that's not an option unfortunately.
Any advice on products that can fill in the crack and/or make it less visable would be appreciated.

Is the sink in the bathroom?
I had a crack in my sink after a similar event. It was a big crack and i simply filled it with silicon to make it waterproof (i.e. so it didn't leak), but it was very obvious. I don't think you can really hide cracks that easy.
On a trip to Wickes a couple of months later I found a replacement basin was under £20 so I bought it and an hour later it was fitted in place!0 -
