How do Ebay track shillers

Hi,

I've reported a shill bidder to Ebay. How do Ebay handle and track them ? Do they issue a warning and keep an eye on them or do they use IP addresses, or some other form of electronic means, and ban them ?

    It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

    Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.
