RM website still says "Posted 07/06/10 and is being progressed through our network for delivery." I've also not received FB from the buyer so I'm not sure whether he has received it or not.

Thats one of the reasons recorded delivery is a waste of money. It frequently does this and wont update so you would lose any paypal claim. Items under £41 your better off just using normal mail and using your proof of posting as protection for loss
If your buyer hasn't received it i'm sure they'll get in contact eventually0 -
Spec Delivery aint too clever either! I sent a high value item by SD and when I hadnt recieved FB for weeks on end I clicked the "request signature" form from RM website. A letter came 2 weeks later with a stock reply saying how sorry they were that a signature wasn't available as one wasn't obtained...
So you pay over a fiver for a service and they don't do the effin job! I played hell with RM until they coughed up and refunded me! They tried to palm me off with a book of first class stamps...0 -
RM charge a £2.20 admin fee to send a copy of the signature for Recorded Signed For - it's a joke : (0
