Rolling new turf
Wonder if someone could advise:
New turf laid 10 days ago and coming on leaps and bounds, i.e. about 2 inches growth and the turf appears to have knit into the ground. Despite the ground being well prepared i.e. flat as a bowling green we think they've done a pretty shoddy job of laying the turf which is quite uneven, my question is, would it be advisable to roll before the first cut?
