    Morning all!

    .

Also eating some homemade spelt bread for lunch. I make it in my breadmaker (I can't eat wheat) and it costs about £1-30 per loaf . That might seem expensive but it's better than the £2-50 odd a spelt loaf costs in the supermarket! Plus it's so much yummier!!;)

Hello to regulars and new posters :j

Didn't manage to post yesterday as I had to attend an evening meeting for work and was shattered when I got back - still am, must be getting old :( - or most likely, did so some time ago :rotfl:

    Today I have / will:

    Posted ebay sale

    checked online banking

Meals from stores - tonight I have got a sweet and sour thing that I made from pigs trotters and other bits out of the bottom of the freezer  but it was Hugh Fearnley - Wotsit's recipe and he is usually reliable :) Wish me luck - it looks and smells ok. I put it back in the freezer when I made it, but have brought it out now  It was actually really nice - a bit fatty, but ok as I just had a spoonful over a big pile of stir fried veg and a couple of Jersey Royals (funny mixture I know, but I am using up things out of the bottom of the fridge and it tasted nice!

[STRIKE]Will walk small dogs and water plants in a minute[/STRIKE] done

Will do some comps that I cut out of a magazine the other day and get them ready to send off (the ones that have to be posted that is)

Will sort out cc payment - only £7 something

Sold a book on Green Metropolis, so must print out the details and get it ready for posting tomorrow :D It is a recipe book,so will also look through it and copy out any recipes I want to keep (there may be one, not many or I wouldn't have put it up for sale).

    Better get on

Have a nice evening everybody :T

    I will also
    • do knitting at lunch time so I don't go out and spend money
    • have an NSD

Well, that didn't go according to plan! I got bored with knitting and it was a beautiful day so I bought a chocolate brownie and decided to sit in the market square and "people watch".

Whilst sat there, I was approached by a researcher from our local BBC radio station asking about the town. As conversations do, the chat wandered through all sorts of stuff, then I mentioned I was trying to set up a business making corsets. We spent the next 20 minutes taking about them and my business plans and now they want to do an article about me! :T

That may have been the most important £1 chocolate brownie I've ever bought :D

Jo R - I went to Uffington near Swindon for our camping. A lovely site where we could have a proper campfire! Toasting marshmallows!!! yum yum!!! Weather was lovely the first night but stormy the next which was a shame! Still a great trip though. I met up with women who i speak to from DD2's birth board forum. I have chatted to them for 4 years but never met any of them!! Now i have! The kids all got on fantastically too which was great!!

    Off to make homeade pizzas!!!!!
