Help with Decking Protection & Paint

Hi

Was just wondering if anyone could recommend anything for protection and paint for the Garden Decking.
Been to B&Q an Focus and everything seems sooo expensive and if i'm gonna spend a lot then want to make sure its the right stuff and been recommended.

how about ronseal decking stain .it's good stuff , try going yto your local builders merchant rather than diy stores , also you only get what you pay for , you want something that is tough and hard wearing

We used Cuprinol deck spray. It wasn't cheap, the sprayer was £24, (although of course we can use it next year) and the liquid was £25, but it was soooo easy to use, looked really good, and so far is very waterproof!

I used Cuprinol too - only had to re-do it once a year, and kept it very well protected. Good range of colours too.
