tyring to claim ppi from GE Capital now Santander

Can anyone help?
i have written 4 letters stating why I was mis sold my car PPI, dating back to 2006. After hoping that something will come from those letters. Today a letter from Santander indicates that i need to appraoch the dealership directly to make any claims of mis selling of ppi on my car laons?

As anyone else had any joy, or can offer some guidance to what to do next?

Hi there

It is normally those of whom set up the policy is who you pursue, so whoever the dealership was, write to them and enclose a copy of the letter you received from Santander.
And as usual they have 8 weeks in full to respond with a decision, good luck.;)
