is it possible to reclaim PPI on a credit card without having all of my old statements?

I have maybe 12 months out of the last 36 my ppi is roughly £19 per month.

I dont really see the point of having to pay £10 to get my statments through the post then shift through them totalling up the amounts. Can i complain and trust (barclaycard) to refund me the correct amount?

Thanks in advance for any help

    Hi there

Yes you can, just as long as you have the account number and for the reasons you have for being mis sold, give it a go.
If successful, you can request they send you a full detailed written breakdown of the refund.

The link below, complete the FOS questionnaire Stage one of reclaiming, these are issued by the fos for customers to complete and send to whom mis sold the policy, complete and keep a copy as well.
They have 8 weeks in full to respond.

Good luck, please keep us posted.;)
