headphone sockets on Airbus 330

Hi all - I dont know if you guys can help me - but I want to use my own headphones on an air canada A330 plane. Do I need a special adapter or will my earbud phones plug straight in. ? thank you.

I would expect a standard 3.5mm jack

Last time I was on a plane (transatlanic flight) the earphone socket was one where the left and right audio channels were separated into two 3.5mm mono sockets rather than a single stereo socket. I used my own headphones plugged into one socket which worked, but it was a little flat sounding. I've been on planes that used a single stereo socket too though. It's hard to say definitively which you will end up with.

Thanks to everyone. Air Canada A330 was just a standard headphone single socket and so I was able to use my own headphones. Also bought one of those 2 pronged things as suggested just in case.

Only trouble was:- content of entertainment / music outbound and inbound was lousy!!! So hardly used my headphones !!!
