Solicitor problems..help please

Thought I should update this.
A letter arrived from the solicitor of Friday advising that they have removed the charges and wishing me the best, I have now written back and said thank you but you have not addressed my complaints and that is still an issue.
So I have nothing to pay which is good but still nothing to explain the lack of care and service so I am going to ask them to look further into it and get back to me as I don't want this to happen to someone else.
Result though as far as the bill goesThere is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
So they break the hearts of kith and kin, and roam the world at will.

Thats great, they must know they are in the wrong to back down like that, I would agree, let them squirm, ask for answers, you will probably just get a waffly letter with a none commital apology, but it may make them 'pull their professional socks up' if they have to be accountable!0 -

Or more likely they cant be bothered with the OP; have refunded the nominal sum and politely told him to find a new solicitor in future.0
