Hi,

A site I use regularly has banned my IP address. Having followed up with CS there's no reason they can find for this and have provided little help but they have suggested that I change my IP address to sort this out. Can anyone help me do this?

It you have a static IP then you would need to use a proxy. Try https://www.pimpmyip.org

If you do not have a static IP then simple disconnect your modem / router for 30 seconds and you will be allocated an new IP when you log back on.

Does not always work. Many ISP's have dynamic IP addressing configured to give out a fixed IP address. You need the cooperation of the ISP to change IP address in this case.
