IP address help needed

Hi,
A site I use regularly has banned my IP address. Having followed up with CS there's no reason they can find for this and have provided little help but they have suggested that I change my IP address to sort this out. Can anyone help me do this?

It you have a static IP then you would need to use a proxy. Try https://www.pimpmyip.org
If you do not have a static IP then simple disconnect your modem / router for 30 seconds and you will be allocated an new IP when you log back on.0 -
