I don't agree. I do not trust the RBS Group, because they have made so many mistakes to accounts held by me and close friends. They don't seem to have the ability to do anything right.

Increased interest rates would not help to rebuild my trust; that is something that can only be achieved by giving at least a reasonable level of customer service, rather than the shocking service that is received now.
