New build freezing at start-up: possible PSU or RAM issue?
What speed is your ram? Details on ram itself. Is the ram being overclocked -it should for now be at or below its rated speed eg 400, 533, 667or 800. Ofter when a different fsb processor is installed the m/board will run ram at different speeds.
"VGA graphics card is not guaranteed to operate normally"" [usually on the right hand side listed in red writing ]
- indicates your graphics card / or bus ] / is overclocked and is a warning of what may happen if certain options are enabled !
- your could try manually setting it to 100
- I know you flashed the BIOS but did you ever [15-06-2010 1:12 PM ] clear the CMOS ? and load non-optimum defaults ?
- flashing does not always mean you are back to defaults !
