I set up my new Medion All-in-one Pc system (Akoya p4020 D (MD8870)) on Saturday and all was well.
I played with the touch screen facility so I know it was working. I have today lifted the computer onto a monitor shelf and the touchscreen facility no longer works.
I think I may have inadvertently pressed something but tech support say you cannot switch the facility on and off and I will have to send it back for repair.
I obviously don't wsnt to have to do this so was wondering if any of you brainy people may have a solution
TIA

If it has busted within a day or so of buying it then you have a very good case for getting an immediate replacement rather than a repair.0
