Thanks everyone:T,
I don't think it's for nappies (that isn't a serious suggestion is it:o) because I am fairly sure that you don't freeze those! Plus my great-aunt never had children so unless she took to wearing nappies herself at any stage........:p
I don't think it's a dutch oven, I found that on google too but it doesn't come close to any of the descriptions:cool:.
I could be something Remoska-like, it does have the elements in the lid like a Remoska;).
It is a clear glass bowl, not cloudy at all:p.
Stuart, are you sure it's a pot roaster? I don't know anything about them (or convection ovens for that matter). I would love to know what to do with it! Am off to the butchers today so think I shall buy some sausages & bung them in & see what happens!:rotfl:
Thanks everyone for suggestions so far:T Keep them comming!Post Natal Depression is the worst part of giving birth:p
In England we have Mothering Sunday & Father Christmas, Mothers day & Santa Clause are American merchandising tricks:mad: Demonstrate pride in your heirtage by getting it right please people!0 -
If it's like a Ramoska, you would use the high wire rack for doing grill type things, such as sausage, and the lower rack for chicken, etc.
Let us know how you get on, it looks like a great gadget!!!

I think Kiwichick is right. I have had one of these for years. Mine is made by Prima. I use it all the time - don't know what I would do without it.
The "wash" function is for cleaning the oven. You put about an inch of water in the bottom and turn the knob to "wash" for about 10 minutes.0
