    I would say anyone on their beauy team. They will probably pass it onto one of their assistants/interns/juniors but the one who dealt with me on the phone was very nice about it.She took my details and she would get onto the company concerned - as the companies sent them out rather than Glamour. She said they would get said company to call me etc but as yet they have not.

    I won the L'Occitane Hand Cream, the Miners Sweet Lips Lipgloss and Nail Polish and the Mark Hill's Holiday Hairspray

    My sister won the Witch Concealer and the L'Occitane Hand Cream

    However neither of us have received the L'Occitane and I have not received the Miners set. Has anyone else received either of these?

    I'm still waiting for the miners set aswell-don't recall anyone saying they've received theirs yet. i guess with such a huge amount of prizes to be sent out it's going to take time for everyone to recieve their prizes.

    not me - postie passed me by today - and I am waiting on the dry shampoo too.
