Hey all,
Does anyone know a good place to go for legal advice if I've been sent a parking ticket over a year after it supposedly took place in Italy!? This is absolutely absurd, and I swear the timeline they've done this in isn't legal. That, coupled with the fact that I think I'm a pretty decent driver and would try not to illegally park! :mad:

I don't know how it works in the UK but here in the Isle of Man you cannot be taken to court for any parking fine or non criminal fine or levy that does not occur on the Island, In fact even speeding fines are rarely persued by the UK unless they can prove the driver and the speed was way over the limit, even then they cannot endore a license, same goes the other way round.Approach her; adore her. There was a scam going around with parking tickets from Italy, so please have a good search of the tinternet before considering parting with any money0
