Why did you choose to ignore any advice such as get the father to contribute, or see about some part time work?

The father is not my problem, and I get the impression you are trying to dig for something? I posted the question I was asked to. Her youngest is 2, so she will not go back to work until he is slightly older.

It was a stupid idea, I did say, and passed on the advice from here. Funny how things seem different after a few days as she's stopped flapping now. She felt under pressure to get her mothers money back, but now that is sorted, she is ok.

Some quotes just p!ssed me off, like this one.

Well everyone's entitled to get knarked ;)

Some people are just more brash than others and it doesn't always happen at the best of times - especially on forums. Don't leave though......you know you like us really!

It is the under tones of their posts that p!ss me off. I know what their getting at, just they do not have the b0llocks to just come out and say it. Obviously nothing better to do than try and post rape over a non issue.

It is a shame one thread can change your opinion of a site.

I wouldn't take it personally, people on here tend to see the same old thing time after time and tend to be quick to jump in. It may seem harsh but I'm sure it's well intended.

Bit lost as to what undertones you are feeling. Most of the advice has been pretty straightforward. What is it that you think posters will not come out and say?

Why? I'm confused. Because people have said things you didn't want to hear? It's an open forum, people are opinionated, you have to take the more harsher posters with a pinch of salt, the advice they give is usually accurate!

Take a look through the thread - there's loads of people saying politely 'don't do it'. They don't get a response. When someone says 'get a grip', carlbcfc goes off on one!!

Your original question asking for a recommended loan company is, as yet, unanswered too. Guess why??

Why is this thread over? "Read through it" as you said. You will see issue has been resolved, so there is no point wasting your time, unless you have nothing better to do?
