Feedback Revision, how to do it

A buyer has given me a positive feedback, but with negative comments, he basically gave me feedback for another item he bought(not mine).
I have contacted him & he has said sorry. When i try to send revision form it says
None of your Feedback is eligible for revision.
Is it because he gave me a positive that i cannot do it. Any answers gratefully received.

I assume its because its a pos. I would just report it to ebay as a pos with a neg comment it will then get removed0
