health in pregnancy grant

argh it clearly states at the top that you should fill it in with black pen and capital letters i have went and filled it in with blue pen and not in block capitals. thing is i read the instructions and STILL filled it in wrong im so mad with myself making such a mistake!! :(:(

anyways does anyone know if HMRC will accept it like this? or should i make another appointment with the midwife to get a new form?

    Dont stress the small stuff.
    Thats the way they would like it filled in because they scan it into a computer. Unless it was totally illegible they'll except it, most of my forms are in blue pen because I can never seem to find a black one and I recieved my HIP!

    Mine was less than that - get in contact with them as it does say if they don't get it within 28days of it being signed they won't pay

    it normally only takes a week or so to come back. itll just turn up in your bank one day
