Hi all - my partner and I have decided that running 3 cars between us is too expensive, so my Rover has to go. What is the best way / places to advertise it? Obviously want it to go for an OK price, but dont want to have to spend much to sell it.
This is only the 2nd car I have had in my life and my first one got traded in for this one, so i really have no clue.
Ideas please...
(unless anyone here wants it, lol)

We parked ours with for sale signs in window on busy road leading into town. Sold within days - next step was to put on free advertising board in tesco. Good luck - let us know if its successful!0

Am just about to put it on Gumtree (may as well as I ahve just taken some pics of it). Good idea re:parking it somewhere busy. We live near the motorway so plenty of traffic nearby!0

Update - listed it on Gumtree in the end and it sold within 4 days!0

Glad you got a result with Gumtree.
I find eBay good when selling old cars, 99p starting bid. No hassles.
Used Gumtree in past and got all kinds of weirdos phoning up asking questions that were clearly listed in the advert and trying to make silly low offers.0 -
Being a Rover, did you have to offer money for them to take it away?!:A Luke 6:38 :AThe above post is either from personal experience or is my opinion based on the person God has made me and the way I understand things. Please don't be offended if that opinion differs from yours, but feel free to click the 'Thanks' button if it's at all helpful!0
