Turbo lister fee mystery

I am a private seller listing a PS1 game for 99p. Ebay's fee's list states anything 99p and under is free. However, when I calculate fees in TL, it shows a fee of 5p but doesn't indicate what for.

There are no fees for a private seller for 5p listed anywhere in Ebay's fee list. Can anyone enlighten me ?

Have you got a Buy it Now price listed for the item? This is generally what the 5p cost is for, if not I'm at a loss too!

common glitch with turbo lister at the moment

do the listing through ebay and it should be fine unless you've already listed more than 100 items in june, in which case getting charged 5p for your listing is correct

5p = media fee but as has already been said Turbo lister just assumes it is not chargeable and calculates that. It 'should' show that the fee hasn't been charged once it has been listed though.

No I have not sold many items in June and no I have not got it as a buy it now price.

Listing through Ebay is inconvenient. I need to use TL for the time saving.

Is there a contact for TL to help with this ?

Have you checked for any updates? My TL sometimes plays up when it's a bit out of date.

Its just a glitch, it did it to me yesterday on 3 listings, said it was 30p, which i thought was odd (3 items @ 99p) but i went ahead anyway to see what happened and after they uploaded the the message came up on TL 'total listings fees 0.00 you saved 27p'
dunno about the 27p bit, but it was definitely free.
even on free listing days it shows full listing prices, its annoying.

Ok, thanks. I will try and list one item and see what happens. It is annoying as it shouldn't happen.

I have updated it and it still does the same.

As per my email it isn't a glitch as it doesn't know how many you already have listed so it has to assume you will be charged. If it told you it was free and then you got charged as you had already manually relisted 100 I'm sure you would be very unhappy. By telling you what it should cost they are doing it the correct way, and if the listing is free it will confirm that after you list.

I really can't see how Turbolister is supposed to know how many of your free listings you have already used.
