hi, it's very slow loading pages especially when replying to a post,
yesterday was the same but it seemed to speed up towards the end of the evening, but today has been slow all day especially this afternoon, there's been a few postings about it..

seems consistent to meplease be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
Thanks for the feedback folks, we'll look into it further this morning. Because I'm not seeing it, can you please give me a comparative time for operations rather than just "slow"?

Yesterday it was litterally about 10 times as slow, taking 20 to 50 secends instead of the usual 2 to 5 seconds to load a page to load, (it seems ok this morning). It didn't matter if I was logged in or not, or wether using the old style version (prefered) or the new style. I'm using FireFox v 3.6.3

OK, at first I thought it was me
, but other friends have mentioned that they're finding the comps boards VERY slow over the last couple of days.
Pages are taking ages to load, so is search, refresh, reply etc.
All other sites seem to be fine.
Haven't checked out other forums either as getting very behind on comp entering !
It was dreadful after the last upgrade, but improved quite quickly. Have we had a sneaky unannounced (or one I could have missed) upgrade?
Any ideas?
Thanks in anticipation :AWorse things will have happened in the world today..."The only thing that really matters, it to love and to be loved."0 -

Its just taken me about 50 secs to get into the thread due to the slowness.
Please get this sorted its getting ridiculously slow this site now0 -
it took me 40 seconds for the 'money saving forums' to load and some avatars take a refresh to showI am not bossy I just have better ideas:p0
-
It's taking about a minute to see one's post and about 10 seconds to see if someone has thanked your post. When downloading a page the avatar's take the longest, coming a few seconds after the page.
IE is even slower.4.30: conduct pigeon orchestra...0 -
Hello everyone. We are having a few network issues right now but we're working on it and hope to have everything running smoothly again shortly. Sorry for any inconvenience.0
