    can i list things in advance to start on thursday and still qualify for the cheap listing or will I get charged at the rate for the day I actually did the listing???

    It says in the ts and cs you can list them now to start on Thursday and get charged the promotional listing charge.

    I have £34 in my paypal a/c, which i am tempted to transfer, but if i wait til it's up to £50 i can avoid 25p surcharge, and i guess thursday is the day to list more stuff...

    If you use Turbo lister you can keep listing all your stuff and then just press go on thursday - this is what i do that way i can keep going back and putting more on through the week.
