You won't get a loan. You won't get a 0% card. Unlikely to get anymore credit.
    Don't lie about your income.
Bankruptcy is not an option based on the information you have provided.

You need to find a way to start paying more off your debts. Either by decreasing your outgoings, increasing your income (2nd job? overtime?) or selling any assets you have.
Perhaps try posting on the debt free wannabe board. People on there may be able to suggest ways you can do any of the 3.

First suggestion is probably to work out exactly where every £1 of your salary is going each month. Keep a spending diary for a couple of months so you know your starting point and can then see what costs can be reduced either by shopping around for better deals or by cutting back.

You need to find the £270 it shows that you have surplus and pay that or the vast majority of it towards your debts.
Have a look at the snowball calculator (same site as above) and see how long it will take you to pay off th debts based on repayments of £695 compared to repayments of £425.

Assuming you don't have a classic car and pay road tax then you need to factor that into your budget. Can you get a better deal on your mobile? if in contract ask to drop a tariff, if not then shop around for a cheaper deal.

Is a car essential? At £60pm petrol you are not doing that many miles, would it work out cheaper to sell and use public transport?

Shouldn't a salary of £25k should be giving you much closer to £1600 a month after tax and NI??

a very good start on the SOA
    but
you need to add all your spending

include all the annual costs so e.g. if car tax is 120 per annum then add 120/12 = 10 per month
if you have family then presumably you buy a birthday or christmas presents
clothing at zero and entertainment at zero seem unreasonable averaged over a year
in any event do you actually have 270 spare ath the end of each and very month?
if not then try to add in all the other cost; start to keep a spending diary (i.e. keep a record of absolutely everything you spend) to see everything actually goes.

yeah i don't have 270 left by the end of the month i usually have zero.

my dad pays my road tax for me as i can't afford it.

i was made redundant last year and was without ajob for just over a two months and was seriously considering go bankrupt and just starting again. may do that now.

can't see any other way out of this, if the interesy rate wasn't so steep on my credit cards and overdrafts i think i would be ok.
