Which courier do you rec?

I am currently winning bidder on a tub chair and stool.The seller says he will post if i sort out courier for him.Ok.
I have never had one before..so what do i do and who is best to use!?
Do i need measurement and weight details?

Measurements would be crucial, as well as weight, before anyone could advise you.

parcelforce was the cheapest for what I was after (weight and size dependant) and they were reliable.

You'll also need to guarantee that the seller will box it or crate it properly and has a printer to print out the documentation they need for transit.

I worry when sellers say they will allow a buyer to send a courier, does your seller actually expect a man with a van sort of thing who will turn up at a pre arranged time and just take the items unwrapped into his van. Is your seller aware that he will need to follow packing guidelines and make sure the packaging is secure enough for handling and storage, and can he be in all day for your courier?
