Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker
in Budgeting & bank accounts
Accidentally went over my overdraft limit (forgot a payment) for first time in the 2 years I've had the account, so they bounced 3 small DDs and charged £30 each although all 3 were under that figure.
Totally my own fault, and its doubtless in their t&c but very annoying nevertheless....
Anyway, I contacted them and they agreed not to charge me.
Now very happy with smile!
