Help with slow laptop (again)

I got some fantastic advise earlier in the year to help speed up my laptop, but lately it seemsto be running really slow, programmes not responding, restarting for no reason. I also had commodo but the kept getting messages to click toswitch it on, when I did nothing happened and the warning still came up!!!!!I have checked my processesand there are 69 running, this sounds like an awful lot.

So after rereading a lot of the posts on here I have uninstalled commodo and replaced it with MS, ran ccleaner and fixed issues, ran a hijack this log and am currently running a malware report. Would someone please have alook and see if anything is wrong. Also when I run hijack this it says it cant perform certain functions unless I runas administrater. It says to right click on the icon and choose administartor, but it doesnt give me that option. Any help much appreciated
