Sorry to bump this but it would be really helpful for me if someone who has won a phone could say if it was delivered by Royal Mail or courier and approx. how long after receiving phone call to confirm??

please note that to receive calls abroad depending on who you are with you need to ring them and arrange to turn on roaming otherwise you will NOT be able to receive calls! HTH

I was wondering the same thing, got my phone call last monday. no sure if they wrote my address down properly though even after spelling it out to the man on the phone. really hoping it turns up today.

I did contact them and was allowed to provide a friend's number to confirm my details so that turned out alright! Just trying to figure out for delivery if I should use my address or my friends (:

sure will, im really hoping its going to be city-link, i can pick up from them if i miss my delivery, only at home for the full day because dd is off school sick.
