Won a Phone With McCains! (HELP)

Won a phone with McCains Ping & Win - so ecstatic, only started doing this around a month ago! :D

Need help though, I have to be out the country for the next three weeks so I don't know what to do about the phone call to confirm??
I saw in the terms and conditions they will not change mobile numbers. How long are they taking to make these calls? Do you think if I emailed McCains and explained the circumstance they would postpone making the call?
Would appreciate any help as really am clueless here! Really hope I can get the phone - havent had a new phone in six years!

Thanks for any help!
Tammy :)

    Congrats on the win.

If the number you gave them was your home landline then you can forward calls to your mobile.

    Sounds like a good plan.

    Thanks for replying!
It was a UK SIM I provided which I do have here - but I'm not sure that if they try to call just by dialling the UK number if they will get through?
If I contacted them is it likely they'd be accomodating?
    Thanks DawnChorus (:

Well done on your win :j
They will get through just by dialling the number, I got a winning phone call telling me I'd won a trip to New York when I was on a med cruise.
