If someone is NARU, is there a way for you to tell if the same person opens another ebay account with a different ID?
Am asking as was burned very badly by a seller on ebay, reported him and he is now NARU. (Yay!). However, would not like him to return under another guise as what if I then bought from him again without knowing?

Don't think there is a way to tell this. You can check contact details for any EBayer but you would have to do this every time you bidded so it's not really feasible. Unfortunately it's just too easy to set up multiple accounts on EBay.

I wouldn't worry too much as the chances of you encountering the same guy again are very slim. If you are suspicious of a seller then check their contact details.
