first direct £100 - how long left to be considered new customer???

i did briefy bank with them a few years back, is there any time span where you are considered 'new'?

    This offer is only valid to those who never had a bank account with FD in the past, so in your case you would not be eligible to the £100.

    If you had an eISA with them in the past, but not a bank account, would I be eligable for the £100 bonus?

    Yes as a Eisa is not a bank account.

    my understanding from reading the T&C seems to implied that one is not eligible if they have used FD before, regardless wheter its eisa or current account. Is that not true then? anyone can confirm this?
