Income Support Appeal....am I in the wrong???

Some of you can be so arrsy and cruel sometimes.

If I was the OP I'd be livid too, and this isn't a Uni exam paper so no need to knock her spelling when it's obvious she is wound up and angry.

Lauzxx hope you get it all sorted, there's been a great big c0ck up and I'd be asking for some answers.

You're very welcome to come to school with me tomorrow if you'd like. If you're done ranting and raving on the internet of course. I doubt it would take very long for me to straighten you out.

Actually, I can see where you are coming from Wee Willy Harris but im not the one who started by saying im having a rant, and im not the one who started to get personal and looking at mistakes in text. Thats whats pathetic, I need answers thats all. I possess basic social skills, had certain posts not been directed at me personally it would not be like this. You can only a reaction is born from an action so please remember that.

And yes I am clever enough to work things out.

I think all that is being said is that people are, by their very nature reactive. If you are aggressive and confrontational to them, they will react in the same way towards you. I'm really shocked at the apparent lack of understanding displayed on this thread.
iamanalias - if you really work in special needs then I am horrified at your lack of compassion. I hope you display more in your work.
Lauzxx, please try to calm down. Responding to unkindness does not stop people being unkind.
I wish it did.
I am currently supporting part of my family who are having the most horrendous things to deal with, not their fault but whatever they try seems to make things worse and I see their upset. The problem is, if calm advice is offered, it sort of gets lost in the anger and upset.
You seem to be doing the same.
Hard I know, but try to sift through the posts and extract what may help.
I put the family members I am supporting in touch with their MP, I did it in order to reperesent the situation calmly, succinctly and hopefully in a balanced way.
You need to do the same or get someone to stand with you who can do this for you.
The situation you describe is appalling but I'm sorry to say not at all unusual for the DWP.
Something about pay peanuts get monkeys comes to mind.
As an organisation they have way too much work and way too few competent people to sort things out so hang on in there and please please try and keep calm.
