Help with parcel delivery to the Highlands

Hi
Can anybody out there help me with finding a parcel delivery service to pick up from the highlands.
Every where I look people want to charge extra for the highlands (even though it is on the mainland).

Found the same thing only last week.
Cheapest and easiest way I found was royal mail, all the couriers I contacted were 3 or 4 times the normal cost. I was gob smacked that they charge so much extra for a UK address!

Yes maddening, like you say a uk address.
I'm sick of saying "BUT I AM ON THE MAINLAND - DONT NEED TO CROSS ANY WATER!
I bought a computer desk off ebay and had to have the same argument about delivery - very nicely they did conceed but amended their listing to exclude delivery to the Highlands.
I am so far finding parcelforce the cheapest - but its annoying to find other services being offered out there on ebay for a bucket load cheaper BUT not for guess where!!
Just trying to save, as the fees and shop visibility is poop now so need to try to cut back somewhere.

Always worth getting a quote from Pharos International AFAIK they take the UK mainland to be the mainland.
