Help please - Ebay combined postage

Hi everyone, i am quite new to selling on Ebay. I have sold an item for which i have been paid, but received an email from the buyer to say she has bought another item (not yet paid for) and can she have combined postage. The only problem is, she must have 2 email adresses/accounts with Ebay and 2 different addresses - both in Germany. Can i safely assume this is the same person? What would you do?

How would you know its the same person then ? You can only send the items to the address in paypal I believe otherwise you don't have a hope of winning any disputes. I would say no unless they pay from the same paypal account.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0
