    Hi folks,

Apologies for coming in late on this thread, but I want to see whether anybody is as aggrieved as me about this.

Back in December Insight Investments issued a notice that this fund was going to cease taking in transfers. Then in February this year they notified agents (i.e. Children's Mutual) of the proposal to hand management of this fund over to Scottish Widows. While I have no objection to SWIP being the new fund managers, what annoys me is that an no point did the Children's Mutual notify me of the proposed wind up of the fund and the transfer to a new manager. As trustee for the units my son owns in this fund, I should have been informed of the proposed changes in order to decide whether I kept my investment when the management team changed. The fact that the fund has continued to perform as before is irrelevant to this procedural laxity by the Children's Mutual.

How many else of you have CTFs invested with Children's Mutual in this fund? If enough of us complain to the FSA we may be able to get something done about this.
