Reasonable response?

Hi folks, I bought a 12ft easy set paddling pool on ebay, paid by paypal, to replace one mice had chewed. Got it home , blew it up and started to fill it . 2 hours later found it had got a puncture
Have managed to fix it after searching high and low for repair kit from the old pool

So what action do people think I should take?

I am not prepared to take it back ( 75 mile round trip for £20 pool; plus i've fixed it) but it has wasted a lot of my time

Thanks

It your not willing to return it you won't get a refund. Speak to the seller and see what they say.

Yeah I'd message them explain what happened, explain that you've done the repairs.
They may offer a partial refund out of good will but they're not obliged to do so.

Also.. I know by repairing it you've made it better but surely it's not in the condition it was sold in now? Not sure how that works out either.

I take it that it must have already been punctured & couldn't have been done while you were setting it up or during the 2 hours? Was it a new or used pool?

I'd probably ask them to supply a repair kit or money back to cover the cost of another.
