Work Focused interview im worried about it

I had a letter yesterday from Job Centre Plus to tell me that i have to go to a Work Focused Interview at the end of the month and it will be the 1st time ive been to one and im very worried about it.
What do they try to get you to do at these interviews and do they make you go back to work?
Im asking as ive been off work for a while due to having Fits and Mental health problems and still have at least 4 or 5 fits a week and im worried that they will force me back into work when i feel that im not ready to do that yet due to my health problems.
Do i need to feel like i do about the interview?
I have just had to fill in a IB50 form and sent it off back to DWP on the same day they sent my interview letter so now i got 2 things to worry about but then again i worry about everything.
I am on Low rate mob and middle rate care on Dla and have been for a couple of years if that is any help.
any advice please guys.

Just to check whether your situation has changed or not I think.
There really is nothing to worry about as my oh had one last month but they are fine with him being my carer as i'm on IB & didn't try to make him get a job or anything.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

I think the point of the interviews is to help you, not them
I remember going to these many moons ago (im disabled and a single parent) Anyway, they got me on training courses and stuff which really gave me the confidence to get back to work. They also make sure you are first to know of any suitable vacancies that might come up.
For me, these interviews were a lifesaver, and im eternally grateful to my advisor for giving me a boot in the right direction :T
So dont worry about. They dont force you to do anything you dont want to do, just guide you in the right direction

Its nothing to worry about i had one every year around the same time while i was claiming income support. All it is is they tell you what you would be entitled to if you did go back to work and how much better off you would be. If you dont think you would be able to do any job just tell them you dont feel ready at the moment but when you feel upto going back to work you will contact them. They wont force you but are there to help and make sure you know what would be avalible to you. They could even help find what job would suit you. Dont worry about it good luck0
