i have received this e-mail. they are not asking for bank details just name and address. anybody else received anything like this. is it a con as i imagine it to be

This is a version of the normal 419 scam. Don't answer it, bin it straight away. You'll never see the money and you'll be asked for ever increasing amounts for "administration" etc.
Forget it, you'll see lots of them.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
