Collecting seeds from a Christmas rose

After watching Alys Fowler on gardeners world last night cutting off the flower heads from a christmas rose to save the seeds I decided to have a go myself.
I've just cut all the flowers off which have now gone to seed and I've filled three paper bags with flower heads.
I'll check them in a few days and I thought I could plant them and by Christmas have lots of little plants to give away along with my christmas presents.
It's worth a try anyhow.
