Any Fish Experts??????

I have a pond with a variety of fish, koi, orf, sturgeon, goldfish.......anyway every year I am plagued by argulus, as soon as the temperature rises out they hatch!!!!! I have tried every year to get rid of them but they still keep coming back. I use something called Paradox (I think, without going down to the shed in the rain to find out exactly!!!) I use it as directed with 7 days in between doses. Does anyone know of a way to get rid of these little blighters once and for all. I dont like to keep using chemicals in my pond but I have actually lost a couple of fish and Im sure it is down to this, they seem to get infected and then septicemia finally kills them.............Any help appriciated, I have asked at a couple of koi centres and they just tell me to keep using the Paradox

    I have in the past taken this approach;

    Firstly i drained down the pond to a level where i can see and get at the fish.

    Then removed them to temporary housing -not easy i know but this is where a short term holding tank or paddling pool comes in handy. Check each one and physically remove the visible parasites then dab any wounds with merbromine.

    I then refilled the pond, put the fish back in and treated the whole thing with ParazinP. Never had a problem with my koi since :)
