A lot depends on the car, the more complex the car the more difficult to fit but at £350 factory option I think a mass market model.
Parrots start at under £100 fitted or visor mounted from around £30, fully fitted are obviously superior to visor mounts. Replacement radios with bluetooth are also available for under £100.0 -
I have a Clarion CD Radio with Bluetooth and I've had the Sony range as well. They both work well.0

if you don't go for the OEM built in unit get a parrot fitted, they can be supplied and fitted for around £100 and work very well. all it means is you will need to have a small box fitted on to your new dashboard....work permit granted!0

Parrot kits are awesome however I'd try out the OEM kit in a demonstrator car if you can, and if it works well, pay the extra for it. Having a tidy dashboard is well worth the extra money.0

Agreed the parrots are good.
Though I simply replaced my stereo with one that gave me dvd/tv/bluetooth/gps/sd card reader/sat nav all for less than 2000 -
